At Toddle Trends, your little one’s comfort is our top priority. We ensure every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, here’s how we can help:


Exchanges

✅ Exchanges are available only for size issues.

⏰ You must request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

👕 The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.


Replacements (Damaged / Defective Products)

✅ If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

🎥 A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof at the time of raising a replacement request.

🚚 We will arrange reverse pickup wherever possible, otherwise you may be asked to ship the product back to us.


Refunds

❌ We currently do not offer refunds.

✅ Only exchanges or replacements are provided as per the above conditions.

  2. Share your order ID, product images, and unboxing video.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the exchange/replacement process.


Important Notes

Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange/return.

COD charges and shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If the required size is unavailable, we may offer a replacement in a different design of equal value.
